Please note that
- Each accepted paper must have at least one of its authors registered with a main conference regular (i.e., non-student) registration (375,00EUR early bird, 450,00EUR after 10/10/2015)
- One main conference regular registration (375,00EUR early bird, 450,00EUR after 10/10/2015) covers maximum two papers (no matter of which type). A third paper will require a second main conference registration.
- You will receive the booking code for the affiliated hotels in the registration confirmation e-mail.
- The Main Conference and the Full Conference packages include the social dinner. Please indicate your participation to the social dinner in the registration system.
- All packages cover the relative coffee breaks and lunch.
- You may book an extra social dinner ticket when you register. A single social dinner ticket is 70,00EUR
